Registration Info

Tournament Registration Opens: 7:00 am PST September 7th, 2026

Tournament Registration Closes: 11:59 pm PST December 18th, 2026

Registration Fee: $55.00 per team

Registration Fee Deadline: 11:59 pm PST January 4th, 2026

Team spots in the tournament are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon Los Altos High School receiving the registration fee by the deadline. Teams that do not pay on time will forfeit their spot. If your school anticipates difficulty meeting the payment deadline, please contact us at lariscioly@gmail.com.

There is no cap on teams per school, provided that each team is registered with their respective Regional or State. Additionally, all students must meet the eligibility requirements outlined on soinc.org to compete for their teams (each Division C team can have a maximum of 7 seniors, and each Division B team can have a maximum of 5 9th-grade students). Each team may have as many alternates as they wish, but the alternates may only participate in Trial Events.

We will have a maximum of 80 Division B and 120 Division C teams.

No refunds will be made after tournament registration closes. A partial refund of $40.00 will only be available before tournament registration closes.

Registration Steps

Testing and registration will take place on scilympiad.

1. Create a "Head Coach" or "Team Captain" account

2. Register your school

3. Add your team(s)

4. Fill out this google form (once per school) to let us know that you are ready to pay for your team(s)

5. Within 12 hours, we will send you an invoice and payment options (credit card, check, or bank transfer)

6. Pay registration fees

Registration is not considered complete until all of the above steps are complete. We will mark your team as "paid" on scilympiad once your payment has been successfully received.

A W9 form will be provided. If your school is financially burdened by the registration fee, please indicate so on the google form in step 4. If you have any issues, please contact lariscioly@gmail.com.
